Why Every Founder Needs an Executive Assistant

Sadly my EA is leaving this month and I am looking for a new one.

But this is an opportunity for someone new to work closely with me and get direct access to my mentorship. It's not a business assistant job though but rather a personal assistant, so the candidate will need to handle the most boring tasks like sitting on the phone with IRS for 3 hours to get an answer or getting my health insurance purchased.

But it is a fairly paid position and it can grow into a close relationship or a partnership of some sort in the long run. And it's a FULL TIME job, not something you can combine with your current job ...

But it is a fairly paid position and it can grow into a close relationship or a partnership of some sort in the long run. And it's a FULL TIME job, not something you can combine with your current job or school.

Here's the thing most founders don't realize: having an executive assistant isn't a luxury — it's a multiplier. Every hour your EA spends handling administrative tasks is an hour you can spend on high-leverage activities that actually move the needle for your business.

The relationship between a founder and their EA is one of the most important professional relationships you can have. It requires trust, clear communication, and mutual respect. That's why I always look for people who are not just organized, but who are genuinely exceptional in some way.

If you are interested, email me a video up to 3 minutes with:

1.

An introduction about yourself

2.

Describing one thing that you're most proud of accomplishing in your life and that makes you exceptional

The video format tells me more about a person than any resume ever could. It shows communication skills, confidence, and authenticity — all qualities that matter far more than a list of past job titles.
